Shipping
When you buy the R&R service you will be asked to provide the UPS shipping option you prefer to purchase for the return* of your unit. We guarantee all R&R units will be shipped by 5:30 PM EST, Monday – Friday on the day it is completed.
Our business is located in Pennsylvania and ground shipping can range from from 1 - 3 business days for domestic packages depending upon where you are located.
Please note Auto ECM Computer Exchange hours are 8:30AM - 6PM EST Monday - Friday. We process all orders during this time period.
We also offer international shipping if you are purchasing the R&R service from outside of the United States.

*Shipping of units to Auto ECM Computer Exchange are the responsibility of the customer and to be paid for separately by the customer with a shipping company, i.e. UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc. The R&R service will begin once we receive your unit in our hands.
